Fantastic beach! The beach is situated in a nice protected cove from the elements. The day we went, there was a strong wind from the north, but there was hardly any wind at this beach. The beach was shallow waters and is great for kids. I’ve been to 4 beaches in the Alghero area and this one is one of the best. There’s also a few restaurants where you can probably get a nice drink and bite to eat.
The beach is small but what is amazing is definitely the view. You have plenty of ways to explore the beach and the surroundings and the water is clear and blue. I really enjoyed this place.

The Beach in the Alghero
Wide beach of white sand and clear sea, being close to Alghero city it is always very crowded. Free beach, paid parking at 1.50 euros per hour
Crystal clear water on this beach which is actually very crowded... There is no charge... Parking is subject to a charge of €1.50 per hour with a 15 minute tolerance, after which you pay the full hour. If you are in the area it is worth a visit.
Stunning water, fantastic view and lots and lots of space, obviously crowded beach.
Taking into account that to have a good place in the first two rows by the sea you have to arrive at least at 8.30.
Large, very clean beach, both free and paid.
Possibility of taking a seat in the paid bathroom with two sunbeds and umbrella for €35. Alternatively, for €6 they will rent you the piece for the day (deckchair, umbrella) to put on the free beach.
Well stocked, two bars with adequate refreshment options and buses behind the beach.
Here... the only thing for those who would like to come by car, parking costs €15 per day next to the beach or €12 just before.
